One practice, three ways to learn from it
Everything taught here has been used somewhere first: on a stage, in a studio, or in a room of thirty people who had never played before. The explanation arrives after the sound rather than instead of it.
The three formats differ by who is in the room. A masterclass is for a musician working on their own playing. A workshop is for a group who need to do something together. A talk is for an audience who need to understand something. The material underneath is the same practice.
