How TebuSpace Ltd collects, uses and protects personal information through this website.
Last updated

Who we are
TebuSpace Ltd ("we", "us") operates this website. For the purposes of UK data protection law we are the data controller for personal information submitted through it.
If you have any question about this policy, or want to exercise any of the rights described below, email info@tebuspace.com.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. There are two forms on this site, and between them they collect:
- Your name, where you give it
- Your email address
- The subject of your enquiry, chosen from a fixed list
- The message you write
- Whether you opted in to the newsletter
- Which page or form the enquiry came from
What we do not collect
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, and carries no third-party tracking pixels or social media trackers. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we do not attempt to identify you if you simply read the site without contacting us.
We never ask for payment details through this website. Any invoicing happens separately, once a piece of work has been agreed.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
Enquiry details are used to reply to you and, if the work goes ahead, to deliver it. The lawful basis is legitimate interests, since you contacted us and answering you is the obvious expectation, or the performance of a contract once work is agreed.
Newsletter subscriptions are used only to send the TebuSpace newsletter. The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the box or entering your address into the newsletter form, and you can withdraw it at any time.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions: our website host, our email provider, and, where configured, an email marketing platform for the newsletter. Each is bound to keep the data secure and to use it for no other purpose.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to 24 months, so we have context if you get back in touch, and then deleted.
Records relating to work we carried out are kept for seven years after the end of the engagement, because tax and accounting rules require it.
Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter carries a one-click unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing removes you from the list rather than suppressing you within it.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on servers in the UK or the European Economic Area wherever possible. Where a provider processes data outside that area, we rely on the safeguards required by UK data protection law, an adequacy decision, or the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy
- Have inaccurate information corrected
- Have your information deleted, where we have no continuing need or legal obligation to keep it
- Restrict or object to our use of it
- Receive it in a portable format
- Withdraw consent to marketing at any time
Making a request or a complaint
Email info@tebuspace.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or by calling 0303 123 1113. We would rather you raised it with us first so we have a chance to put it right.
Children
This website is not aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 through it.
Where we deliver workshops in schools and youth settings, any personal information about young people is handled by the school or organisation as data controller, under their own safeguarding and data protection policies. We do not add young people to our mailing list.
Changes to this policy
This policy was last updated on 26 August 2026. If we change it substantively we will update that date, and the current version will always be published here.
Questions about this?
Email info@tebuspace.com and a person will reply within two working days. For anything to do with your personal data, say so in the subject line and it will be handled as a formal request.
